Taking The Challenge!

Are you ready to make some changes with your current weight loss and wellness? It’s time to “take the challenge”! How do you feel about doing something different? What would you need to do — today–to be the size that you want to be? Are you willing to pay the price?

Personally, I am willing to be held publicly accountable for my weight loss and wellness routines. Are you? Accountability is humbling, but it is also very empowering! So, join me now and post what your goals are and what you intend to do to reach those goals!

My goal is to run in the Elizabeth City 5K in mid May. To train for it, I will run 4 times a week and continue doing my exercise classes (4 a week). I am willing to eat healthier and train harder to reach this goal.

What Is Happiness?

How wonderful it is to be able to communicate to you through this method!

Today, I would like to post a short question and get your feedback on it. The question is very simple but take a moment to really think about it before you answer it.

“What is happiness to you”

Happiness to me is all about my faith, my family, and my love for helping women meet their full potential. It has taken me 55 years and much digging to uncover the diamonds in my life. Happiness is a state of mind. It’s all about being a blessing and accepting the blessings that are given to me. It’s easy to get busy and forget what’s important during the day. So…what is happiness to you? Don’t be shy…be honest…honesty is cleansing and healing…
